This morning (March 27), the second phase of Xingtan Weihe New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park customized launching ceremony was grandly held. The second phase of 80,000 square meters construction project will be completed within this year, promoting Xingtan's new material area. At present, the 60,000 square meters of the first phase of Weihe New Science Park has all been sold out and delivered to more than 30 owners to settle in, which is the "acceleration" of Shunde Village. The construction of the second phase of about 80,000 square meters has started at the beginning of this year. The area of the second phase plant is between 700-2400 square meters, and the construction can be customized according to customer needs.

Weihe New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park is expected to invest more than 700 million yuan, covering an area of 62 acres, with a building area of about 180,000 square meters. It is the first independent transformation project to start construction in the new material transformation and upgrading industrial area of Xingtan Town. It is Shunde (Xingtan) An important project in Zone A of the New Materials and Smart Home Industrial Park, dedicated to creating a high-end industrial park focused on new materials, high-end smart equipment manufacturing and other industrial enterprises.

Since the start of the Weihe New Technology Park, we have vigorously promoted the construction of the industrial park project and fully cooperated with the government's number one project. The original dilapidated factory has been transformed into a modern industrial factory to further enhance the investment environment of our district.

The Xingtan Township Village Reform Office stated that Weihe New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park is a demonstration project of Xingtan village reform and a highlight project of the speed of Shunde village reform. Weihe Company has been actively cooperating with the village reform work of Xingtan Town. Independently started the demolition of the old factory in Weihe, and made every effort to promote the speed up of the Xingtan Village.
