WF type-universal composite ink

WF type-general-purpose composite ink is developed by the company itself, safe and environmentally friendly, this product is mainly suitable for OPP, PET, NY, CPP printing, used for food, medicine, pesticides, seeds and other composite packaging.

Product Features:

●Themed water-based products, effectively reducing VOC emissions, are commonly used in intaglio and letterpress printing.

●Suitable for dry compounding and solvent-free compounding process. No plasticizers, heavy metals, ketones, and ester solvents.

●The halogen content is less than or equal to 1500ppm, and it has passed the national mouse disease detection.

●WF-L type light packaging water-based composite ink: suitable for two-layer structure light packaging printing.

●WF-H boiling and cooking resistant composite ink: meet the requirements of 121°C/30min cooking.

Instructions for use:

●It is recommended that the depth of the white full plate is 15-20μm, the depth of the shallow mesh layered plate is 0-30μm, and the content of more than 50% alcohol should be diluted within 50%.

●When the printing speed is lower than 100m/min, the diluted alcohol content should be higher than 50% to meet the printing effect.

●Composite aluminum-plated structure packaging, adding 1/3 of the diluent to the white ink during the printing process will effectively improve the composite whiteness and fullness.

●After printing, it can be cured at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve water resistance.
