N14 Water-based Series—Gravure Water-based OPP Adhesive Ink

N14 water-based series of gravure OPP self-adhesive inks are developed by our company, safe and environmentally friendly, suitable for gravure rotary printing. This product is mainly suitable for surface-treated OPP film (for OPP stickers).

1. Product features:

Bright colors, high color density, good gloss

Good printability, suitable for medium and high speed gravure printing

Strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance, water resistance and abrasion resistance

Water or ethanol is used as the diluent, and the VOCs residues of the printed matter have passed the FDA inspection, which is safe and hygienic

2. Applicable substrate:

OPP film: processing degree ≥38 dyne

Note: Please pass the full test before use, this product is not suitable for high-temperature cooking packaging.

3. Technical indicators:

Network cable: 150~170 lines

Dot depth: variegated 28μ, white 32μ

Dot angle: 45~60 degrees

4. Instructions for use:

Thinner: pure water or ethanol (the configuration of the thinner depends on the printing equipment and climatic conditions, please pass a sufficient test before using) Printing viscosity: Zahn 3# cup (25℃) 10~14 seconds, printing The time can be adjusted according to the printing speed.

Five, matters needing attention:

● Fully stir before use, so that the ink has good fluidity.

● The ink system of our company is unique and cannot be mixed with other types of ink to avoid incompatibility resulting in scrap.

● Drying conditions: The temperature of the hot air at the outlet of the oven should be maintained during printing: around 70°C (the air inlet of the fan should be large so that the moisture can be quickly removed).

● The water-based ink is insoluble in water after drying and forming a film, so you must pay attention to the printing process and the end of printing:

● Hot air direction: The hot air of the oven can not be blown onto the printing plate to avoid the ink drying and blocking the plate from being unable to print normally;

● Prevent plate blocking: The plate roller must be kept rotating in the ink tank when replacing the substrate or temporarily stopping the machine. If the machine is down due to a mechanical failure, the plate roller should be cleaned immediately with water or ethanol to prevent the ink from drying out and blocking the plate.

● Plate roller cleaning: After printing, the plate roller must be cleaned immediately with water, alcohol or detergent (note that if you use detergent to wash the plate, the lotion cannot be poured into the ink tank) for normal use next time.

● Recycling of residual ink: After printing, put the remaining ink in a clean plastic bucket. The mouth of the bucket must be sealed, and it must be filtered when it is reused.

6. Storage and packaging:

Storage: As for the sealed storage in a ventilated and cool place, fire and sun protection, avoid rain and pollution, the shelf life is one year.
