1. Applicable substrate
●Polyester (PET) film: processing degree ≥50 dyne;
●Nylon (NY) film: processing degree ≥52 dyne;
●Polypropylene (BOPP) film: processing degree ≥ 38 dyne;

2. Product features
●It can be diluted with a single solvent (such as ethanol), which is easy to operate and low in cost.

●Users can adjust the proportion of each solvent according to printing speed, plate depth, climate environment, etc.
Fourth, printing viscosity
●White ink: Zahn 3﹟cup 11~15 seconds/25℃
●Color and ink: Zahn 3﹟cup 12~16 seconds/25℃
The specific viscosity can be adjusted accordingly by the user according to conditions such as plate depth and printing speed.
Five, matters needing attention
●The ink should be thoroughly stirred before use to make it have good fluidity.
●When reducing the ink density, please use thinner or varnish.
●This product should not be mixed with other types of ink, so as not to affect the printing quality and composite performance.
●In the printing use with a small amount of ink, due to long-term contact with air and bring in water, the ink will thicken, block the plate and lighten the color. In order to reduce this phenomenon, it is recommended to use the minimum amount of ink. Machine, use slow-drying solvent, and constantly add new ink.
●If customers need to match colors by themselves, please pay attention to the hue stability of the ink after mixing. If a certain type of ink is used in a small amount (such as less than 10%), it can be used only after verifying that the light resistance and stability are qualified.
●When using gold and silver ink, avoid using it on the cover material and the heat-sealing part, otherwise it will easily cause the heat-sealing fastness and peeling strength to decrease.
●Since ordinary pink, purple ink and corresponding spot color inks are prone to color penetration, migration, and fading, it is recommended that users choose corresponding impermeable inks. Please give full consideration to this when ordering and using inks. If you are unclear, please Consult the company's technical department.
●It is not suitable for food packaging that is steamed, boiled, or sterilized.
