PET matte oil
LC88-900F(B) matte oil is specially designed for PET surface printing processing. It has a wide range of printability from low speed to high speed. It does not contain benzene solvents and has low odor. It meets the requirements of food packaging hygiene and environmental protection.
1. Applicable substrate
●Polyester (PET) film: surface tension ≥48 dyne;
2. Product features
●The printing surface is smooth and the matte effect is good;
●Good adhesion, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and anti-blocking properties;
●Good boiling resistance (100℃, 1h)
●It has high temperature resistance (dark color) (220℃.3KG/C㎡.0.3S) heat sealing, no sticking to the knife, no powder, no crease.

Fourth, printing viscosity

The specific viscosity can be adjusted accordingly by the user according to conditions such as plate depth and printing speed.
Five, matters needing attention
●It is recommended to check the quality after natural curing after printing, curing at 50-60℃ for 24 hours after compounding, and then leave it at room temperature before making bags.
●The amount of curing agent added is usually 10%-11% of the original ink weight. After adding the diluted ink, stir it evenly quickly.
●N-butanol and butyl acetate have a big odor, so you should ensure that the printed product is volatile and should not be used as much as possible to avoid excessively high solvent residues in the printed product.
●The humidity in the printing site should not be too high, and ventilation should be maintained. Avoid the thickening and precipitation of ink caused by excessive air humidity and the absorption of water in the air on the surface of the ink layer of the printed product, causing the surface of the ink layer to powder without adhesion.
●If you need other requirements, please consult with our company's technical department.
●The ink must be sealed and stored in a cool place. The effective shelf life is three months. The diluted ink should be used as soon as possible to avoid long-term storage.
●The remaining dumb oil after adding the curing agent should be stored as thinly as possible (it can be stored for one month) to prevent curing, filter it before the next use, and then add 1% to 2% of the curing agent or add an appropriate amount of new dumb oil , Can be used normally.
